Einleitung

Die Ohrpolster am Microsoft Surface Kopfhörer (GUW-00001) können im Laufe der Zeit lose werden oder einfach abgenutzt sein. Diese Anleitung zeigt, wie du sie ersetzen kannst.

Schaue dir vorher auch die Troubleshooting Seite an, da werden übliche Probleme aufgelistet und du kannst deinen Fehler besser eingrenzen.

Die Ohrpolster sollen dir das Tragen der Kopfhörer bequem machen und für einen guten Klang sorgen. Warum solltest du darauf verzichten, tausche sie gegebenenfalls aus. Diese Anleitung zeigt dir, wie das geht.

Nach dem Austausch sollte dein Kopfhörer wieder angenehm zu tragen sein und dein Hörerlebnis verbessern.

    • Fasse die Ohrpolster fest an und drehe sie 45° gegen den Uhrzeigersinn bis du es klicken hörst.

    • Wende nicht zu viel Kraft an.

There is no replacment parts on the whole internet... so annoying! even on aliexpress, EVEN ON MICROSOFT STROE

Unfortunately, I am out of warranty and could not find earmuffs for my SH1.
Do you sell any?
Do SH2 earmuffs compatible with SH1?

You can't even buy them on MS STORE so you have to buy another one like BOSE or SONY.

There should be 1 star. After two years they don't sell replacment parts. F U MICROSOFT.

Amazon has one vendor that sells some pads which require you to remove the old snap ring from the old ear pads and glue it onto their new ear pads. Not an easy solution.

I am also really really angry that I can't buy replacement ear cushions. I've had mine for years and I really like the original cushions and I just want another pair of them. I don't understand why I can't buy them. They still sell this model of headphone for god's sake. How hard could it be?

Thanks for this guide. However, I had to use 'excessive careful force' in order to turn the ear pads counterclockwise (Surface Headphones 2). I had to hold it tight in my hand and using the connector bow as a resistance point while turning the pad with much force counterclockwise. Finally, it came off without any damage to the phones. I ordered my replacement pads on Aliexpress and they arrived within two weeks (https://de.aliexpress.com/item/100500653...).
